Prison Arts Program
A lot is happening in the community--which is great!

Here is another new project
which will reach people you will never know, but who work in our community.
They work as inmates at the Northern Correctional Facility, the state prison
in Berlin, NH.
This is what the program is about:
The Program is a repeated series of art classes in different mediums, to be offered for 8 weeks a series, at Berlin State Penitentiary
A regional artist, Andre Belanger, who was hired to do this a couple of years ago, has agreed to be the instructor again. He had an amazing response from inmates before, and the administrators at the prison are very supportive of this idea. It costs $1000 to put on an 8-session course, and our goal is to offer this more than once a year, and for several years.
We have received approval to offer this at other prison sites in New Hampshire, including the women's prison.
We hope you can donate anything--small or large and it means so much.
